By purchasing and accessing a Disruptor's Inner Circle membership and the Disruptor DAO community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase or use the membership.
The Disruptor's Inner Circle is an annual membership that provides access to a private Telegram community, monthly content, a monthly intelligence newsletter, and a member discount network, as described in this handbook. Content is delivered primarily through Telegram, with supplementary materials hosted externally via links provided in the group.
The founding member rate is $167 USD per year, paid in full, or two payments of $99 USD. Prices are subject to change for new members. Founding members who remain active are grandfathered in at the $167/year rate. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing payment, you authorize the applicable charge to your account.
A full refund is available within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided you have engaged genuinely with the membership during that period. To request a refund or cancellation, contact [email protected].
After 30 days, refunds are not available. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting [email protected], and your membership will remain active until the end of your current membership year.
If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be charged the current membership rate at the time of rejoining. The founding member rate applies to active memberships only.
All content, materials, and resources provided through the Disruptor's Inner Circle membership are the intellectual property of Disruptor DAO. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share membership content, including Telegram posts, newsletter issues, and any linked materials, outside of the membership community without written consent from Disruptor DAO.
As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access credentials, complying with the community guidelines set out in Section 6 of this handbook and posted in the Telegram group, and using the membership in good faith. Access to the membership is personal and non-transferable.
Members are expected to engage respectfully, refrain from spam or unsolicited promotion, and keep what other members share within the community confidential. Disruptor DAO reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards, without refund after the 30-day guarantee period.
